Moduli, Motives and Bundles – New Trends in Algebraic Geometry
Date: 18 - 23 September 2022
Location: Casa Matemática Oaxaca
Event type: Workshop
Organisers: Pedro Luis del Angel Rodriguez (Guanajuato), Frank Neumann (Leicester), Alexander Schmitt (FU Berlin)
This workshop will emphasize the interplay of geometric invariant theory, derived categories, algebraic stacks, and motivic homotopy theory in addressing geometric, topological, and arithmetic aspects of the theory of moduli spaces in algebraic geometry. It will present the newest research techniques to graduate students and early career researchers and it aims to initiate new collaborations to enrich the mathematical enviroment in algebraic geometry.
