Established in 1960 in Grenoble at the initiative of Claude Chabauty, the Journées Arithmétiques is a major scientific event traditionally held every two years. This international meeting brings together between 200 and 250 participants, primarily early-career researchers in number theory from France, Europe, and worldwide, alongside world-renowned plenary speakers. It provides a platform for researchers across various branches of number theory to meet and gain an overview of the latest advancements in the field.
