Finite Dimensional Integrable Systems in Geometry and Mathematical Physics (FDIS)

Date: 19 - 23 July 2027

Location: Mathematical Research and Conference Center, Będlewo, Poland

Event type: Conference

Organisers: Andrzej Maciejewski (Zielona Góra), Maria Przybylska (Zielona Góra), Sergei Tabachinikov (Penn State)

Many natural and prominent problems in the theory of integrable systems were solved by mathematicians from outside the field, i.e., by researchers who do not consider integrable systems their main area of research. Typically, the related fields are Riemannian geometry, algebraic geometry, symplectic geometry, partial differential equations, or mathematical physics. The goal of this conference is to bring such people together to exchange ideas and share methods for the study of various problems in integrable systems, applying these new ideas and methods in their own research projects.
