Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the following hotels. All are either walking distance or a bus ride away.
Linton Lodge ( a Best Western)
A short walk from Oxford center. Off of the Banbury Road beyond the Old Parsonage.
Description: 30 rooms. Room rate includes breakfast. Price is based
on volume and is only applicable if 25 rooms are booked. Rates will increase
to the amount noted in parentheses if fewer rooms are booked.
Single Occupancy – £65 (£75)
Double Occupancy – £80 (£90)
Cancellation policy is 28 days before check in. This means anyone holding a reservation is subject to a cancellation fee if the room is canceled after that time.

5 miles from downtown. Near the Stadium complex with nearby bus service into the city. Near the Oxford Science Park.
